Fall Creek Falls Mountaineer Folk Festival 2025 Dates. Mountain Folk Festival in Leggett on May 25th Redheaded Blackbelt We are eager for next year when we can safely come together for the festival and celebrate the heritage, history, and natural beauty of the Cumberland Plateau. Festival Director Matt Brown said that the festival is a weekend-long event dedicated to the pioneer culture of the Cumberland Plateau.
